Veg Coleslaw Sandwich
Very easy to make sandwiches, Creamy and crisp stuffing just melts in your mouth. I became a fan immediately when i tried it for the first time. Try it for yourself.
Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise or Hung Curd
1 cup Cabbage chopped in strips
1 cup Carrot
1/4 cup Onions chopped in strips
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
Few slices of brown bread to make sandwiches
Method:
1.Mix everything together except the bread and keep in the refrigerator for an hour. Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
2.After an hour stuff the above mixture between two slices of bread, cut in triangles and serve.
Tips:
1.Always serve these sandwiches immediately after preparing or the stuffing becomes soggy.
2.You can keep the stuffing or coleslaw in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, fill in the breads just before serving.
3.I used brown bread because the stuffing here is creamy and white bread can soften immediately whereas brown bread keeps well for a longer time.
